The LCCVI Lancers are Senior Girls’ volleyball champions.

The team won the AA Lambton-Kent title Wednesday in Wallaceburg in four tight sets. The Lancers took the first set 25-23. The Tartans bounced back to win the second 27-25. Petrolia then captured the title with wins in the final two sets 25-22 and 25-16.

The SWOSSA final will be at LCCVI Feb. 26.

The Jr. Girls’, who beat McGregor in the semi-finals, take on Wallaceburg Thursday at 4:30 pm in Petrolia for the AA Lambton-Kent title.
