Golf carts aren’t for highways OPP say

Lambton OPP are reminding people that golf carts are not allowed on roadways.
Const. Tyler Campbell says there have been several complaints about the carts in Lambton Shores and St. Clair Township recently.
Police say if you’re driving a golf cart on a highway, you could be charged with operating motor vehicle without insurance or a permit. And if you’re intoxicated, you could face impaired driving charges.
