Lancers win homeowner against Wallaceburg

LCCVI scored 21 unanswered points in the second half to cement a 36-7 win over Wallaceburg to open the AA football season in Petrolia on Thursday.
Isaiah Ardell led the Lancers with four touchdowns. Owen Love had the other. Luke Shaw had two converts and a pair of singles. Xander Knapp also had a two-point conversion.
Great Lakes opens its season at CKSS on Friday afternoon at 3;45.
The AAA season began on Thursday with Northern at Ursuline but the final score has not been made available by either team.
