More tobacco seizures at Blue Water Bridge

There has been more seizures of illegal tobacco products at the Blue Water Bridge.
Canadian Border Services Agency says officers at the bridge port seized 16,147 kg of bulk tobacco from a commercial driver coming from the United States Sept. 9. The tobacco is valued at $2,987,357.
Then, on Sept. 10, border services officers seized 4,992 kg of tobacco products worth $90,312 and 500 nicotine vapes worth $531,297 from a commercial driver arriving from the United States.
The seizures follow over $13.7 million in illegal tobacco products including over $8 million at the Blue Water Bridge.
