It’s gold for Tyler McGregor (below) and his Team Canada mates at the International Para Hockey Cup in Czechia.

The Canadians struck for three goals in the second period to break a scoreless tie and go on to beat the Americans, 5-1 in the gold medal game Saturday.

McGregor was held off the scoresheet and ended the tournament with five goals and seven points in five games.

The Canadian win avenged a loss to Team USA to open the preliminary round last weekend.

The Americans were four-time defending champions.
