April 24, 2019
A 16-year-old is facing a careless driving charge after a weekend accident. OPP Spokesman Derek Rogers says around 1:45 pm Saturday a pickup truck heading south on Mandaumin Road missed a stop sign and hit a minivan which was going west on Petrolia Line. The passengers in the van, including one child, were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The OPP and firefighters from Petrolia and Brigden responded to the accident.
