Lambton ‘in the driver’s seat’ as province eyes nuclear power in Courtright
Lambton conservation areas won’t open until mid-May
April 9, 2020
Lambton’s conservation areas won’t be open until at least mid-May.
The St. Clair Region Conservation Authority is delaying the opening of AW Campbell, Lorne C Henderson and the Warwick Conservation area until at least May 13 due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
Officials said in a news release all reservations already booked will be cancelled and full refunds will be issued in seven to ten days.
The trail systems at all conservation areas are open but officials say people on them must be two meters apart and should not meet up with people from outside their homes at the trails.
All the washrooms and playgrounds are closed and the gates to the park are locked.
