Killer Bees’ Feasey to coach Maroons

No one injured in a house fire in Alvinston
January 17, 2021
Smoke detectors alerted an Alvinston family to a fire in their Elgin Street home.
They were able to get out of the house safely as Brooke Fire Rescue arrived on the scene around 2:15 am Sunday.
Watford firefighters were also called to the scene to help. The two stations had the blaze under control quickly but Brooke Fire stayed on the scene for several hours putting out hot spots.
It’s not clear yet what caused the fire or how much damage was done.
