Fan of entertainer charged with criminal harassment

A Walpole Island woman is facing criminal harassment charges after going to see her favourite entertainer.
Lambton OPP got a call July 15 in the morning from a local entertainer who was being repeatedly followed by a fan. That night, at an event in Lambton Shores, organizers noticed the woman in the crowd and called police.
Police arrested Cindy Soney, 44, and have charged her with criminal harassment and failing to comply with bail conditions.
She’s in custody until a bail hearing.
