Petrolia Oilers beat Mooretown at Regional SilverStick

The Petrolia Oilers beat Mooretown Flags 4-3 in the feature game of the Petrolia Regional SilverStick Monday night.
Thirteen teams are involved in the tournament at the Greenwood Recreation Centre this week. The Oilers won the team’s first game of the tournament 2-0 Monday afternoon, then took on a hard hitting Flags at 8 pm.
Meantime Petrolia AE takes on East Lambton Tuesday morning at 9:30 am in the C Division.
In Alvinston; The U11s won the team’s first game of the Regional Tournament 3-0 against Wallaceburg in the B Division. The team’s next game is against the South Kent Lightning at 4:30 pm at the Brooke-Alvinston-Inwood Community Centre.
