Gas detected at Petrolia town hall

Petrolia/North Enniskillen firefighters investigated a small gas leak at Victoria Hall in Petrolia Wednesday morning.
Around 10:30 am, firefighters went into the building after workers deep cleaning the office space smelled natural gas.
Officials say a small leak was found in one of three boilers. It is slated for repairs which will be approved by town council at its next meeting.
Town staff is off on Christmas break and the cleaners were not injured.
