Lambton County students shine at national and international science competitions

Four Lambton County students have won big at national and international science competition.
Safia Deol won a Senior Gold, the Health and Wellness Challenge Award, the Sanofi Biogenus Award and the Youth Can Innovate Award.
Cynthia Rayson and Riley Edmunds each won Silver Awards in the junior category.
At the 2023 Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair – the world’s largest pre-college STEM competition – in Dallas on May 14-19, Annabelle Rayson won fourth place in the Environment Category and a special China Association for Science and Technology award given to the projects that best reflect the originality and innovation of the students’ work in all scientific disciplines.
All four winners are alumni of the Lambton County Science Fair.
