Lancer Jr Boys fall to Kennedy in basketball final

February 23, 2024

A 23-point outburst in the second quarter lifted the visiting Kennedy Collegiate Clippers to a 47-39 win over LCCVI in the  SWOSSA junior boys’ AA basketball final Thursday in the Petrolia gym.

The Lancers led 9-7 after one quarter but fell behind 30-20 at the intermission.

The Lancers cut the gap to six in the third quarter but couldn’t get any closer. 

Kennedy led 38-29 after three quarters.
