The Alvinston Killer Bees broke the home game curse, beating Stratford 5-2 to head to the WOSHL final.

Brennan Feasey scored first for the Killer Bees at 3:06 off the stick of Jacob Chantler and James McEwan. Graham Broulotte of the Irish tied it up with a minute left in the first.

McEwan scored twice in the second for the Bees – once two tenths of a second before the buzzer.

Rylan Bowers scored twice in the third. Goalie Nolan DeKoning assisted on the final goal.

Stratford scored one more with just 1:55 left in the period but it wasn’t enough and the Killer Bees won the semi final.

They’ll take on Tillsonburg in the final.
