Jace Dupuis had a hat trick and two assists while brother Dylan scored twice and added a helper to lead Mooretown to a 10-1 win over Wheatley in PJHL action at the Moore Sports Complex.

It was the most goals scored by the Flags since they trounced Wallaceburg, 12-2 in September 2022.

Mooretown has now scored 23 goals in its last three games, all wins.

The five-point effort by Jace Dupuis Saturday moved him into second place on the all-time Flags scoring list ahead of Dan Lumley.

Geremia Nappi scored twice for the winners with the others going to Caleb Rosseel, Lucas Ross and Ryan Vidler.

Landon Marcy and Owen MacDonald each had three assists with Casey Schouten and Nolan Bourdage adding two helpers apiece.

John Chartrand stopped 18 of 19 shots for the win. Ethan Dunbar stopped all five shots he faced in just under 11 minutes in relief.

Chartrand is now tied with Jake Wilkins for the career high in goaltending victories with the Flags at 59 wins.

Mooretown, who are 9-7, are home to Blenheim Nov. 12  at 7:30.

The Flags host Lakeshore at Moore Sports Complex Saturday and take on the Admirals in Amherstburg Sunday.
