The Alvinston Killer Bees jumped out to a 4-0 first period lead and coasted to a 10-3 win over Tilbury at home Friday.

It was the fourth time this season that the Bees have reached double figures in a game and it increased their Metropolitan Division leading record to 11-2 in Northern Premier Hockey League.

Brennan Feasey led the winners with a hat trick and an assist. Brandon Coutu and James McEwan both scored twice and added three assists while Ethan Lamoureux had a goal and four helpers.

Jamie Fraser and Ryan Gagner also scored for Alvinston.

Bayly and Brayden Fryfogle each had two assists.

Kaden Fulcher turned aside 29 shot in the Bees net as the home team outshot Tilbury, 66-32.

Former Legionnaire and Mooretown Flag Logan Philips played half the game in the Bluebirds crease and made 28 saves.

Alvinston is home to Stratford Dec. 20 with game time, for Christmas and Eagles minor hockey night, is 6:45 pm
