Tractor Day comes early in Petrolia

Dozens of farm tractors rumbled down Petrolia Line during LCCVI’s annual Tractor Day.
Students drive their tractors to work and then head out on lunch break each year, forming an informal parade past St. Philip’s Catholic School and down the main street. The tractors made it all the way to Lambton Central Centennial School on Oil Heritage Road and were greeted by the students there.
This year, the procession was a little earlier than usual. And it also had an escort by the local fire department with the Petrolia/North Enniskillen tanker truck following behind for safety.
