And it could have a big impact on property owners there. The utility is already working on two transmission line projects, one in St. Clair and another from Strathroy to Lakeshore. Feb.20 , Craig Jackson was at council asking for approval for his plan to revitalize the site. Jackson is building two new grain bins, a hydro transformer shed, a weigh scale and will connect to municipal water and sewer system.
