The online voting for Lambton County Library’s Lego Creations has been extended until Saturday, August 16, 2014.   Over 300 photo submissions are available to vote for at www.lclibrary.ca

“Kids from all over Lambton County have been busy this summer constructing wonderful Lego designs”, says Greer Macdonell, Lambton County Library’s Children’s Services Coordinator.  “Many of these creations have been made during programs at branch libraries or with their own Lego from home.”

There are four categories to vote from: ages 3-5 years, 6-8 years, 9-12 years and 13 and older.  Participants can vote for multiple creations in each age group, but only once for a particular creation.

A winner from each category will receive a set of Lego and a copy of the Lego movie.  The winners will be announced the week of August 18.

Lambton County Library offers a variety of free materials and services to meet the leisure and informational needs of the community through its 26 branches, bookmobile and website. eReader lending, multi-media resources, online services, programs and Internet access are all available.  Discover a library in your neighbourhood, visit www.lclibrary.ca.
