MP is learning more about Lambton farms

Sarnia-Lambton MP Marilyn Gladu was getting an education about this year’s soybean harvest from Grain Farmers’ of Ontario District Representative Emery Huszka and the Lambton Grain Farmers’ Treasurer Julie Maw at Maw’s family farm near Brigden. Lambton farmers have been harvesting soybeans for about a week now under excellent conditions. Soybeans are largest crop in the county bringing in about 30 per cent of the estimated $582.72 million of farm generated income in Lambton according to the 2016 census.
