The Mooretown Flags are scheduled to play three games in three nights this week to close out its PJHL exhibition schedule.

The Flags take on the Stars and Bulldogs in North Middlesex (Parkhill) and Mt. Brydges respectively this Thursday and Friday before returning home to entertain the Bulldogs on Saturday at the Moore Sports Complex at 7:30 p.m.

At home Thursday, Sam Bulza’s goal in the final minute of regulation time lifted the Flags to a 3-2 win over Walpole Island before 219 fans.

Geremia Nappi and Kaiden Edwards also scored for the Flags who rallied from a two-goal deficit for the win.

Rowan Fisher and Ryan Bowen had given the Wild a 2-0 lead after two periods after a scoreless opening frame.

Kai Rivest and Brady Colameco combined for make 23 stops in the Mooretown cage as the Flags outshot the Wild, 42-25. Reece Parker and Cayle Jolicoeur played goal for Walpole Island.

Mooretown has announced that Nappi, Thomas Browning-McFeggan, Joshua Hazzard and Ethan Glavin have signed with the Flags for the 2025-26 season.  The team has also locked up its five overage players for the coming campaign.  They are John Chartrand, Dylan Dupuis, Masen Flett, Owen MacDonald and Landon Marcy.
