It will be a new face, but a familiar place.

Sarnia-Lambton’s new MP Marilyn Gladu will open  her new constituency office Nov. 30 on Finch Drive, in the same location as former MP Pat Davidson’s office.

“I’ve decided to maintain the office kept by the previous MP, Pat Davidson, due to its central location, overall good accessibility and to provide a sense of continuity for constituents seeking representation from their MP’s office,” she said in a news release.

And while her affairs in Sarnia-Lambton are set, the Ottawa office is still being set up. While Gladu was sworn in Nov. 6, an office on Parliament Hill was still being worked out. Gladu has said she will keep some of Davidson’s staff in Ottawa as well.

Gladu and the rest of the newly-elected government will get to work Dec. 3, chosing a new speaker for the House of Commons and on Dec. 4, the Liberal government will give its first speech from the throne to open the new parliament.
