Squires and Bees suspended by OSHL after Chantler hit
Central Family Health team clients will have to wear masks to appointments
April 30, 2020
If you’re heading to the doctors when Ontario starts allowing offices to open again, you’ll need to wear a mask.
Officials from the Central Lambton Family Health Team, in a social media post, says the province’s new updated guidelines for primary care settings recommends clinics encourage patients to wear their own mask – when possible – to office appointments.
It offers the patient protection without further depleting personal protective equipment, according to the statement.
It’s asking patients to wear a mask – which can be homemade – to appointments. Officials say if you don’t have a mask, one will be provided to you.
