Petrolia Legion President Dennis Laker, left, and Sergeant-at-Arms Philip Laker laid a wreath in honour of Queen Elizabeth II’s passing at a ceremony held at the Petrolia cenotaph at 11 this morning. Legion’s across the country honoured the monarch on the same day as her funeral which was held in London, England.
