LCCVI opens girls’ volleyball season

The LCCVI won one match, tied one and lost two in its opening games of the LKSSAA senior girls’ volleyball season on Wednesday.
The Lancers beat Wallaceburg, 2-0 and split two games with John McGregor. They lost in straight sets to Ursuline and CKSS.
The season continues at Great Lakes on Dec. 21.
Meantime, in junior play, LCCVI went 1-1-2 to open its season. They beat Wallaceburg, 2-0 and tied both John McGregor and CKSS each at 1-1 and lost 2-0 to Ursuline.
Their season continues on Dec. 21 at John McGregor.
