Snowmobiler dies in St. Clair accident

A Wallaceburg snowmobiler has died in an accident in St. Clair Township.

Lambton OPP say police, firefighters and paramedics were called to Highway 40 around Holt Line for an accident around 9 pm Friday.

Police say a 36 year-old snowmobiler was taken to hospital in Wallaceburg where they died.

OPP are asking anyone who was in the area and may have seen something to contact police.

Oil Heritage Line reopens after fire in Wyoming

Oil Heritage Road in Wyoming has reopened after a Saturday morning fire. Around 10:20 firefighters from Wyoming and Camlachie were called to the corner of Broadway and Niagara where an historic building next to the fire hall is being renovated there. It is not clear what started the fire but it appears no one was hurt. More to come

Killer Bees hammer Dunnville 10-1 in first playoff game

The Alvinston Killer Bees scored seven times in the second period and went on to a 10-1 win over the Dunnville Aeros in the Ontario Super Hockey League playoff opener for both teams in Alvinston on Friday night.
