Energy Minister says proposed pipeline will protect Canadians, put Sarnians to work

Lambton migrant workers receive measles vaccine
July 18, 2025
Thirty-nine migrant workers in Forest rolled up their sleeves for a measles vaccine.
Lambton Public Health and the North Lambton Community Health Centre held a vaccine clinic at Roeland Plant farms to protect the farm workers.
Ontario has been dealing with an increase of the once extinct disease since October last year. So far in 2025, there have been 2,278 measles cases according to the latest reporting from Public Health Ontario. There were 32 new cases in the last week, including one in Lambton.
Officias say the free measles vaccinations on the farm July 16 are part of an effort to make health care more accessible and supportive preventative care for the migrant workers.
