Over $40,000 worth of power tools stolen in Watford

Lambton OPP are looking for clues after about $40,000 worth of power tools were stolen in Watford.

Police say sometime between May 22 just before 10 pm and May 23 at 11 pm, someone cut a lock and broke into a utility trailer on Industrial Drive.

Police say multiple cordless power tools and pieces of equipment, primarily Hilti and Milwaukee brand tools, were stolen from the trailer with an estimated value of over $40,000.

The investigation remains ongoing.
