Lady Lancers heading to provincial championships

The Lancers celebrate after Jordyn Butler scores the winning goal against General Amherst in overtime to claim the SWOSSA title. The team is now in the consolation final  at OFSAA

The LCCVI Lady Lancers are SWOSSA champions. The Lancers beat General Amherst 2-1 in overtime on a goal scored by Jordyn Butler at the Greenwood Recreation Centre Monday. The team heads to OFSSA March 7th. More details of the game and player reaction in the March 3rd edition of The Independent.
