More services close in Central Lambton to encourage social distancing

Lambton County is closing all of its libraries and museums.
The county has been monitoring the advance of COVID-19, the flu like virus which is a pandemic. It made the decision to close all the cultural facilities to help limit its spread. Aside from the 25 libraries, the Oil Museum of Canada in Oil Springs, the Lambton County Archives in Wyoming, the Judith and Norman Alix Art Gallery in Sarnia and the Lambton Heritage Museum in Grand Bend are closed until at least April 6.
Library users can log into the digital resources for eBooks, eAudiobooks, eNewspapers, eMagazines, movies, music all on line.Tourism Sarnia-Lambton has also closed its doors to the public until April 5.
So is Sarnia-Lambton Rebound. Staff will be not be on site but will continue to provide telephone supports for high risk and vulnerable clients.
Brooke-Alvinston has also closed it’s community centre and arena. Officials will be reevaluating when it should reopen by April 5.
