Public health office in Petrolia closes as Lambton continues to work on COVID-19 response

Lambton Public Health is making changes as it deals with the public health emergency from COVID-19.
The main office in Point Edward closed to the public except to those who have an appointment. The public health offices in Petrolia and Forest are now closed.
There will be no prenatal classes, parent drop in sessions, Early On drop in support programs, school screening for dental or vision, routine immunizations and drop in clinics.
Sexual Health Clinic is available for urgent needs if you call in. Harm reduction supplies are still available at the north entrance, urgent dental services for children or adults will be seen but you must call ahead. Family health services like support lines, food handlers courses, water sampling and the garden fresh boxes are available by calling 519-383-8331.
If you have questions about COVID-19, visit the website or call LPH. Public health staff are available weekdays and weekends during standard business hours for COVID-19 response efforts.
