United Way makes its final push to raise remaining 10 per cent of goal

With just two days left to the year, the United Way in Sarnia-Lambton is hoping to meet it’s $1.75 million goal.

Officials say another $175,000 is needed or about 10 per cent of the goal.

“Every gift, large and small, makes a big difference in the lives of our community,” said Vicky Ducharme, Campaign Chair.

Funds raised during the campaign support over 40 local programs at 20 different agencies in Lambton County. There are three priority areas: From Poverty to Possibility; All That Kids Can Be; and Healthy People, Strong Communities.
