The first results are now in Warwick Township.
Jane Joris has topped the polls in Warwick Township.
The first-time candidate garnered over 800 votes to join incumbents John Couwenberg, Joe Manning and Wayne Morris around the council table with Todd Case who was acclaimed.

The polls are now closed in Warwick Township and residents are looking to see who will sit around the council table with Todd Case, who has been acclaimed as mayor.
Case returned to municipal politics in the 2022 election after stepping away from politics for four years.
Missing from this year’s ballot is Warwick Township’s longest serving municipal leader, Jerry Westgate. He’s retired from council after 32 years.
Three of his council colleagues, John Couwenberg, Joe Manning and Wayne Morris are seeking re-election. They’re being challenged by former long-term care administrator Jane Joris of Watford, biomedical engineer Marty Vanos, who hails from Warwick Village and Steve Kettler of Watford.
Results of this year’s election, conducted by electronic voting, should be known by 9 pm according to township officials.
