The Wyoming Cattlebarons rode the right arm of Corey Saunders to an Ontario Baseball Association Senior B baseball title.

Saunders pitched a pair of complete games Sunday in Port Lambton to give the Barons the championship.

After beating Fort Erie in the semi-finals, Wyoming had to defeat previously unbeaten Corunna twice to claim the crown and they did exactly that with victories of 8-1 and 7-2.
Saunders feat was remarkable. He threw all 14 innings for the champions, scattering 14 hits and striking out seven.

Travis Moore suffered the loss in the decisive game.

Travis Helps led the Cattlebarons in the title game with three hits and three RBI.
Joe Stock had two hits for the Giants.

In the first game Warren Boersma had two hits and an RBI for the Cattlebarons, while Garrett Miller had three hits for the Giants.

Kristopher Lotz was the losing pitcher in the opener, although only one of the runs he surrendered was earned.

The Petrolia Raiders placed in the top four at the event. They had victories over Fort Erie and Wyoming before losing twice to Corunna and being eliminated.
