Lambton supporters of truckers protesting pandemic measures part of southern Ontario convoy

Hundreds of people, many with Canadian flags and protest signs, were in Reece’s Corners this morning.
Some were there to begin the southern Ontario leg of the Truck Convoy protesting COVID-19 pandemic measures. The nation wide protest began out of concern for vaccine mandates for cross border truckers.
Many if the people at Reece’s Corners were driving personal vehicles and many lined the road to show support. Signs protested many of the pandemic measures including lockdowns and the vaccination passports.
The convoy, which was joined by another from Windsor headed down the 402 and 401 into London and on past Woodstock. The protest movement is expected to culminate with a mass protest in Ottawa Saturday.
